1696 to 1698, councillor in the Sovereign Council from the 1696-1703, granted
the Lordship of Rimouski [with the Island of St-Marnabe] on the 24 APR 1688,
Exchanged for the land on the Isle d'Orleans owned by Rene Le Page on 18 JUL
1694; Sold land on Isle Orleans to Rene Lepage 18 JUL 1694. Had an illigitmate
dau. named Marie, b. 25 JUN 1696, in St. Jean, I.O., who's mother was Anne
Bissonnet, daughter of Pierre and Marie Dalton. Marie died young. He married at
Notre-Dame de Quebec, PQ, Canada
