[2311] !BIRTH-OCCUPATION-MARRIAGE: Portsmouth Marriage Records; 1887 to 1905 - Vital
Records Portsmouth Public Library, Portsmouth Room. Judy (Beesley) Lambert said
that her grandparents came from England, and that it may have been Liverpool,
England. They arrived at MAssachusetts (Beverly or Cambridge) and they resided
there until ther death. This conflicts however with records of the family which
indicate that they lived in Portsmouth, NH for a long time, and have numerous
children here as well as in Falmouth, ME and Newington, NH. See BIRTH records
for children. Perhaps here was a ship builder, and worked at these
ship-building towns?
