!BIRTH-DEATH-MARRIAGE: "History of Hampton, NH - 1638 to 1892" by Joseph Dow,
Volumes 1 & 2, Page 810 and 811.
He was one of the first settlers of Exeter, and a signer of "Combination" in
1639, removed to Hampton and as early as 1644 a widow, whose husband had died
a year or two earlier. They lived on the Asten homestead (in 1901, the res. of
John C. Marston). He was "above 80" years old when he died.
