He was from St-Severin, v. et archev. Paris, France. He was said to be 72 at
his death, and answered that he was 26 in 1666 and living in Beaupre as a shoe
repairman. In 1676 he was in the base village of Quebec as a wood-worker. He
answered that he was 38 in 1681 and in Beaumont. He was confirmed as being in
Quebec on 23 MAR 1664.
