!WILL: In his will, dated October 24, 1829 (at which time he was of South
Salem, Westchester County, NY), and probated May 26, 1835, Joseph
Brundige bequeathed to his wife, Loritta, furnature, use of one-third of
the house, and made other provisions for her support. To his son, Joseph,
he gave lands in South Salem and in Connecticut; "to my Daughter Polly
Mead the Some of Two-Thousand Dollards." As executors he named his
wife and his son and his "Son-in-law Alred Mead."
